- You are granted the right to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for personal investment calculation and financial planning purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the app owner.

- You are responsible for protecting your information and for all activities that occur while using the App.
- You agree to use the App for lawful and intended purposes only, and not to engage in any activity that may harm, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the App.
- The App does not store or process personal information on our servers. You are responsible for protecting your own data and personal information when using the App.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
- Any collection of app usage data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We are committed to not sharing your personal data with third parties without your consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any guarantee that it will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including data loss, inaccurate calculations, or financial losses.
- You understand and accept that the App is intended for calculation and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
5. Subscription Terms
The Investio app is currently free to use.
6. Termination of Use
- You may stop using the App at any time.
- The app owner reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access if any violation of these Terms is detected.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
- Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the App will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent authorities in Vietnam for settlement.
8. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any material changes will be clearly announced within the App.
- Your continued use of the App after any changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
